Rent accomodation in our Zagreb apartment for 4 and 5 people
The apartment Zagreb has recently been
refurbished. The apartment has 60 square meters and it is very comfortable
and warm. It consists of two big rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilette,
and a hallway.
One room has two beds, one double and one single, so that three
persons can sleep comfortable. The other room, the bigger one, has
one single bed and one spare single bed, so there can sleep up to
4 people, including the sofa bed. In the same room
there is a big sofa bed and a TV with a satelite receiver. There
are also two small glass tables on which our guests can put things
they need while enjoying and relaxing in the front of the TV. On
the right side of the sofa there's one more table ment for putting
the newspaper or magazines aside.
The kitchen and dining room are in one spaceful room. There is a
fridge, a stove, a freezer, a sink, table with 4 extremely comfortable
chairs and all the cutlery as well as the pots and the pans.
The apartment Zagreb is on the 5th floor of the building with 7
floors. It has a nice french balcony with a view on the greenery
and on the other side of the apartment the view is turned to a big
park with trees and benches. It is full of light and in the morning
one can hear birds singing, although located in the city.
We provide our guests with clean sheets, blankets and towels, as
well as basic hygienic accessories. There are three parking lots
near the building, one in the front, one beside the building and
the third one just in front of the shopping centre.
Just 50 meters from the building you will find a shopping centre
where you can buy everything you need, drink coffee or sit in some
of the bars and grab something to eat.
The name of the street in which is the apartment is Marjanovicev
prilaz. This street is parallel with Avenue Dubrovnik that is the
main street in that part of Zagreb. Zagreb Fair is just 2 tram stations
from the flat and also the new and the biggest shopping mall in
Zagreb, The Avenue Mall.
Tha apartment Zagreb is on such great location
that from the Railroad Terminal and Bus Terminal you need only 10-15
minutes by tram and also it takes
10 min to the Airport by
car.
The main square (Trg bana Jelacica) is 15 minutes by tram, only
7 tram stations away and just outside the building you have a tram
station with direct tram line to the centre, tram number 6. If it
is necessary, we pick up guests on the bus station, train station
or airport.
